Where/who should install these?

Where/who should install these?
Hey guys/gals. I am overseas right now, but when I come home in September I'll have the following waiting for me: ASP Medium SMIC
Fluidyne Radiator
Greddy Type S BOV
High Flow Cat
Greddy Elbow
Cusco Front Strut Bar
Unfortunately I do not have the know how to do this myself, so I will need a shop to install them. So I am asking for opinions from this forum to see which shop I should choose. PBC or PFSupercars? Unless of course anyone here knows what they are doing.

While PFS is great it's also expensive. I think for what you need to get done. Brett at RP performance is cheaper and Mitch Piper in the back can do the BOV.
FWIW: I was at PFS three weeks ago and Ray charges 150 an hr. I think Brett is around 75 hr.
Dave, how's your cars boo boo coming along? Did you find all the parts you needed?

Ray must be charging you special rates. His rates are $85 last I heard. You must be thinking about his dyno rates which are $150 per hour.
I have a bumper lined up along with the headlight cover but still need a fender and the wheel well liner.

I could do everything you need minus the BOV flange assuming you need that welded.
All that stuff is pretty simple, I hate to see people just spend tons of money to have bolt ons installed...

not to hijack the thread but.. when i was looking for a fender it was cheaper to get a new one from malloy then it would have been to buy a used then have it preped. i couldnt find a used one cheap enough to make it worth it. i think new it was 180?

jsplit,
I actually bought the Greddy elbow with the BOV flange, so does that mean it is already welded on? I'm such a noob that I wouldn't know.
I would hate to ask someone to spend their free time to work on a car that's not even theirs. I appreciate the offer, but it seems like a lot of trouble for you.

then you dont need to do any welding..the bov will bolt up to the flange on the elbow..
and looking at your mods, this is about a 3/10 in terms of difficulty..really all those mods are a piece of cake..
just take your time for each mod, no need to rush, if you have to let a day go by because you are stumped or ran out of daylight, no problem..it will save you hundreds..
but i say no more than 2 hours tops for installation out of a professional shop..call them and ask for an estimate time and price..

LOL, If you think that is expensive do yourself a huge favor and sell the FD now. $85 an hour for labor is about the average going rate at any dealership and most performance shops.

Oh ****, JOn has now went to asking for help to offering to help. Look out! The sky is falling!!
J/K Jon can manage that and the cheapest rate your going to find for help from any of us Maryland guys is a case of beer.

The only reason I say that is expensive is because I can remember when labor rates were only $60 an hour. I have no problem paying that much for professional work, just wish it was less. Either way, I appreciate the offer for the help and I may take him up on it.
How does two cases and a certificate to a restaurant of your choice sound?
