yeah it would be nice to make a early meet some of us do work late on thursdays and saturdays are usually party or clubbing time, if been really looking forward to a Rotary meet, everywhere i go with my friends its just like 1 or 2 RX-7 and thats about it, we should def set up a monthly meet to give everyone time to get work done on their cars to show up to these meets, it will also be really helpful for everyone to get some info on where to get good work on their cars or good tuners around the area.

 

I would just post questions here.. now that the weather is warming up this should be picking up

We had one on Long Island on Saturdays it seemed like It was to far away for some to travel. I for one don't like asking people to come or of their comfort zone.

 

I know I'm dreaming, but the numbers in Bklyn are strong...I would love to see something happen here.

 

one of the main reasons i don't come out to the meets. some times no one shows up and no girls to look at..seeing some girls would be nice....

There is a great location in Douglaston. It's right by the Throgs Neck Bridge to accommodate Jersey people, it's only 15 mins away from the old LI spot, and 10 min away from the Thursday Flushing spot...It's the Douglaston Movie World/Fairway parking Lot. There's a Starbucks and Ralph's Italian Ices 5 min away. And it's right by the Cross Island, LIE, GCP and minutes from the Clearview.

They kick everyone out of that place. Other groups have tried to have meets there and they always call the cops on them.

 

a meet during the day on a weekend would be goood, cant make the late weekday meets anymore work 4am-1 everyday during the week.

 

My car still isn't done , but would love to have like a sat meet in fmp like back in the day . I miss those =(
