Ok ordering the parts hopefully today... we are going with atkins 2mm seals and a street port, with port matched manifolds.
My next question is what should I do about my AC. i don't think i used it last summer unless it was raining... but I had to break the lines to get the motor out so there is no collant in it now. Should i go with the entre conversion kit and replace all the O rings in the system for R134 or should i just remove the ac all together?
also dave how lang are you breaking in your motor before tunning?

My motor is already tuned and broken in. I got about 200 miles on it before i boosted it. All you really need is to heat cycle the engine a few times then its about as broke in as it is going to get.
Why do you want Atkins seals? The general consensus is that the stock mazda seals are the best out there. That's what in ernies 700hp engine. I don't know that I would deviate from that formula but its your money.
Ac if you are keeping it a street car. No ac if your building a racer.

Well for that adkins seals I'm really just going with my builder choice. He seams to always use them and normaly works directly with adkins....
and as for the ac I think i want to fix it but im still not sure ill be able to do it right and make it work correctly. have any of you all ever messed with the ac to know where all the O rings are that I would have to replace?

I assume it's over 420hp still. I am holding off on the dyno until we install the meth injection which is on order now. Then it's 25psi and we'll see how it goes. My a/f's were still pretty good from my last tune so there was not much that had to be adjusted.

25psi? Damn dave, the car is insane enough of 16psi, I could not even imagine 25, hell even 20!!
Good luck though, the car is bad *** even when it sits with a broke motor. lol

Ya, I couldn't make it, some baby **** came up at the last minute. I'll watch the show I guess. Ernie's runs look good on the videos. Now I'll DEFINITELY be able to make the next hang since I missed out.

Thanks for the offer though, I am sure your FD will not take long to sell.
Where's pictures of the new baby?

It Just Feels Right
Just tell the wife that the 7 is an investment. It will be worth a lot of money just about the time she's ready for college. Nevermind the 3 engines between now and then.
15k is a good price considering all the goodies that it has. Are you selling it for sure? I know several people that would be interested.
