PFS not tunning anymore?
#51
I wasnt trying to be a jerk or anything. Just saying he is usually very busy around the shop and 99.9 percent of the time is doing something on someones car when you call. Greg just made it seem like you could call PFS and say "Hey is ray there?" and he'd jump on the phone and say "Whats up?"
Lol.

I will clear the air about the tuning situation. I am still tuning cars that we did not build. What I am not doing for the most part is tuning your car while you wait. There is an engine compression test and look over that is required if we didn't do the build.
Thanks,
-Ray
Austin, I'll call you later...you know, just to say "what's up?!?!" :-D

Like I posted in the other thread about someone wanting a tune in the Maryland area:

I can't say that because I haven't heard that myself. I'm not saying that it's not true, just that I cannot verify it.

I've seen the thread, but like I said, I did not hear it out of Ray or Kelly's mouths. Therefore, I cannot verify what they might or might not do. I will always tell anyone to call them just to make sure.

off topic slightly, a friend of my has the edelbrock history book, i was reading a chapter and it was like funny story's ect. the story was (cant rember time ect) that they where the only ones around the area with a engine dyno and people would come in to get the motor checked out ect ect. well this one guy came in with the motor he hand built, the guys at edelbrock said they would like to take the motor apart to make sure every thing was 100% and then they would put it back togarther for him. the guy got pissed cause he took it as they thought he had no idea how to build a motor. they let him put the motor on the dyno ect. they let the motor warm up and right be for they where going to really rev the motor edelbrock the man walked in. said the motor looked good ect. they started to rev the motor and as soon as they really gave it gas the motor blew up parts flew every where a huge mess. they guy got extremly pissed of and started to blam the edelbrock staff for the motor blowing up.

Off-topic: Ray, I don't get any calls from you, just saying "what's up?!?! I'm still wondering when we are going to skate one weekend. I wouldn't mind playing a game of s-k-a-t-e with a legendary man such as yourself.
On-topic: YEAH, you heard the man, call him and setup an appointment to get your car tuned even if your motor was not built by him. Just don't be upset when he does a compression test and look-over of your motor/setup.
