There is a meet every saturday night over near the Ikea near garden state plaza in paramus, NJ. I see it when I come home from work usually around 10pm. Looks like quite a few subarus so I don't know if they are friendly to new comers. If anyone is ever around the area for a meet chilis has a decent sized parking lot in paramus next to the mall and pretty good apps at the bar for cheap.

Sorry guys I have stopped promoting this b/c I just haven't had time to attend/host these Tuesday night meets with my job. On top of lack of interest. Check for updates as I will eventually try and get this up and running again.
