I really wish I could make it, I was pretty excited about attending. My failing coolant seals have decided that I cannot go

Well what are YOU going to be wearing? Let me know and I'll think about it

I sold my I/C, so I have no engine AND no I/C... I'm going v-mount, and if I rebuild the engine, I'm going to do it top notch... obviously, both of those combined comes out to a VERY hefty bill... so I'll see what happens, I always end up magically running into money one way or another...

Hey are your reading my emails lol hahah. I will get more updates on the parking locations, vendors, admission price (i have an estimate but want to confirm before i post).

And your absolutely right the rotary crowd is a pretty tight knit family thats why if someone screws us over it spreads so quickly thru the community.

ok so I have a couple of questions.
First are we going to have our own judges for the car show or there freaks that have no idea what there judging.I went to this event a few years ago and it was slammed.Your talking about everything from big *** trucks to bicycles with puerto rican flags on them. And dont you dare leave your car during this event if its not bolted down it will be gone.
Englishtown is great but our cars and this event probably want be so nice.
Just my 2 cents

Sup loudazz, all good questions. Since we are still in the preliminary stages we havent reached this yet in our discussions but we have given this some thought. Depending on the admissoin price, sponsors and what we are allowed to do on the track will dicatate the car show. To be honest most likely we will do our own rotary car show and have the cars properly rated by our peers that have pertinent experience with rotary vehicles. WE are still in the beginning of all this and these are the finer details that still have time to get ironed out. So as the info comes in i will post it up and keep everyone informed.

Now i know there have been issues at etown with honduhs gettng stolen but like i said above am still working out the kinks with the manager. First i want to secure a nice location for our parking area, admission price, and one of the items i will be asking about would be security in the form of barricades, track officials or even our own people assigned to keep an eye out (which we always do for one another at events).

tHANKS FOR THE QUESTIOn, very good. We are not yet at this stage of planning, theres a lot more to do since this is being developed from scratch i have no game board to use, so as it comes up and as comments are given by fellow members will help make this event better.

So keep them coming, and like i stated before as the information becomes available i will post it up, dont want to jump the gun and get reamed by you guys, so i would rather have you guys wondering whats going on until i have pretty secure information about the venue.

So far we have

1) Location
2) Date

Working on

1) Parking
2) Security
3) Sponsors/Vendors
4) Car show
5) Collaboration with fellow mazda enthusiasts
6) name for the rotary portion of the venue lloll

So as you can see its just the beginning, more work is still ahead of us.
