side note i got my bushing kit in monday. my rats nest block of plates will be hear today . iam waiting on my front sway bar and rear coild over kit and ball joints. i have my front coil over kit installed allready. and my rear shocks are in a the boxes still . so who wants to come down and help me install all this ****.

yeah most auto stores that sell after market stuff have header rap. theres good and bad type so watch out. if your header is not stainless steel dont use it. it will rust it out in one year.

 

Ben, think you could do some welding for me in the near future? 304 stainless DP and MP? what is your going rate?

 

beer beer and helping me out with my car. just rent a welder or we can do it at my buddy's place where iam building my rs turbo capri if we still have the welder there. you will have to buy stainless wire for me.

 

ok well I'm just gauging seeing what is possible, i have a friend that might be able to do it too so we'll see, but you would definitely be able to do it for me is what you are saying.. it won't be for another couple months. probably in early may actually.

 

can you tell me if a turbo will hurt a stock 13b,with 8lbs of boost?

 

you can turbo a stock 13b that isnt a turbo bllock, it has lower enough compression but you cant boost it as much as a 13bTT or 3rd gen but you can make the same hp number as a turbo motor on les boost. i found this out on my path to turboing my 12a.

 

yeah, you could throw a turbo on but you will also need an ecu and harness. you would be better off just throwing a whole turbo engine in your car rather than trying to turbo an NA engine.

 

i want to weld it. ill have the welder for a while and i need stainless wire so i can help you out.
