stage 2 usually consists of an intake of somesort (not a drop in filter or just a filter attachment) a full system, turbo back exhaust, and a tune. Thats typically what stage 2 reffers to.

The R26B housings can be purchased at Mazdaspeed, but no other part is available to the public.

if you really want power, look into the 3 rotor engines.

you can make a guys a custome 3 and 4 rotor should not cost more then 7-8 grand.
the scoot 4 rotor is not two 13b's like ever one thinks. its 2 12a's .
jeff20b is building a 4 rotor 12a. the custom e shaft plus the other machine work ran about 4-5 k. u basically need 2 motors with the same rotors weights. then you would need to mod a dizzy which is not that hard. then you would need to buy two carb intakes or run efi on fuel only. the easyist to make belive it or not would be a 4 rotor pp. the same compy who makes the 4 rotor kit makes a 3 rotor kit 2.
