after i move i can prob have some people come to my new house to work on cars with my new LEVEL driveway with parking area. no lift and minimal tools but at least its a work area.

took car to get emissions today,
they said they coudln't run the test because the car wasn't able to stay on during the test.
I drove the car there running beautifully. Now it's sputtering and needing a feathered throttle to stay alive.
any thoughts?

I know the TPS is good... I built it myself 
I think it might just be that the dude at the emissions place didn't have the exhaust collectors hooked correctly, occluding both outlets causing the car to run really really rich and foul the plugs. That's the only thing I can think of, because now the car runs like it did before I took it to the VEIP station.
