I'm sure the management of IHOP won't complain if you carry a flashlight in your car. Spiffy new invention, the flashlight. Try it, you'll like it

yea i brought everything i needed before i left the house .. mag light, screw drivers and some needlenose pliers.

it wasn't fun. i think the cable's basically wrapped around the fuel filter or it's on the wrong side of it... which gives me little to no slack.... BUT ... nooooot a problem. Got it working for now. i'll have to stop by the shop and get the car up in the air to make sure. i got a couple odd stares. security guy was like whatever ... he was more concerned with the safety and security of this abandoned car with a white trashbag that the owner was using as the rear hatch window.

yep .. i work next to it. apparently the scottish place to the left of Mars groceries @ pandonia village is suppose to have better pies.

FYI. John's garage....lift is offlimits until further notice. Hes using it to paint stuff. I'm SOMEHOW gonna prep the turbo engine for implantation into my car. anyone wanna help with that when i get around to actually doing it? engine swap like jason did for the GXL. but only a beefier engine :-p.

Aiming on trying to do it ASAP (translates to probly JANUARY :-( )...all depends on johns use of his garage as we currently have no free room in there right now.

You don't need a tan/maroon parts car with no motor in it do you? It *IS* an 88 GXL (previously 2+2) with all the GXL goodies (ya know... a motor didn't come standard in this one )

They already make a "shortened, lightened" RX7 - they call it the Miata.
