the big company aquired 2 other smaller companies, including my own, and it was saying "together we can accomplish more than we could apart!"

it's dumb management inspirational crap.

 

i'm done with just having fun. i want to start the next stage of my life. i have a great job, a car i love, and i'll be moving into the apartment i want in less than a year. i'm at the point where i WANT to settle down and start working on that aspect of life. i'm sick of getting tossed aside for some redheaded bitch that can't keep them happy for more than a minute.

 

i had to meet my current wife in BILOXI, MS...and shes from CA......so dont feel too bad about not finding mr. right

 

i keep finding Mr. Useless, Mr. Uninterested, Mr. Ex-Felon, Mr. Unmotivated...etc.

 

my wife spent 4 years with her ex till she finally figure out he was useless. stuff just happens. you learn from it...that's the point. every iteration, you are gaining experience of things to look for or things not to do. I've made some BIG mistakes in my life too in the same ways.

Maybe you should get out more and not spend all of your spare time on the internet

 

There are things you can do besides spend money on ammunition. That's fun, but it gets old. Work on your car, detailing it, etc. Play online. Go to the gym. Hang out with friends. Go to a movie. Read some books. Come to my house and work on my car. See, lots of things to do!

 

i have no work to be done to the car currently, and i can't wash/detail it at my current apartment. don't have a gym membership because i'm not a permanent employee yet.

i HAVE been hanging out with friends regularly...it just so happens that multiple groups of people are going to the range frequently lately. who am i to pass up some fun like that? before this year no one would go with me, so i'm getting as much in as i can.

i've exhausted the books my parents and i own, and the librarians are sick of seeing me - this has been a longterm hobby, increased by Mike's absence since early last year. movies...meh. i rarely go.

You could always help me start my GTU project, and my hose/car wash soap/washing mitt is always available for use! Heck, I like cleaning cars..I'll do it for you, if you wish. Got a crappy vacuum, but it gets the job done, too!

For what it's worth, my wife and I will have been married 25 years next month, and we dated for 5 years before that. It hasn't always been a walk in the park, but I'd do it all over again. However, YMMV.
