And still have no date for the air and space! Who is in? When would you like to go? Saturdays are the days I'm good for.

It would cost three times as much, have about the same horsepower, less torque, run 40 degrees hotter and last 1/10th as long.

My TII has 173K on it.

My 'Vert has ~150K on it.

The GXL I sold had ~150K on it.

All still goin strong.

But yeh, the 20B in stock form, in the early ninties, was a twin turbo three rotor. It only put out about 300HP. People have been known to make them churn out 1000HP though

me and I think everyone else was saying that because it would have been made by chevy

not really taking a shot at chevy... but I don't really think they'd do rotarys very well.

Headed to the shop by BWI tonight. Dan and I welded up the 4 inch exhaust DP/MP and connected 1 magnaflow. I was very suprised at how much room we have to spare under the car.
Anyways tonight we finish the backside of the exhaust and all thats left is finishing the turbo drain line and we should be headed to the dyno over at PFS.

If anyone wants to come up tonight and have a Garage night we have plenty of room, tools, and lift time.

oh and if you loose the key to your car just bring the registration to any mazda dealer with a blank key and they can cut you a new one for 10 bucks.

Ask me how I found that out on Saturday.

Chevy is already good at making motors that leak oil; I don't think they want to start making motors that burn oil on purpose

I think they did a pretty damn good job, considering most other companies had rotary developement programs that failed. the only other car company that even came close was mercedes. (not counting the rotary suzuki motorcycle... because it's not a car )

Definitely.

If only it werent for all the external garbage, these would be great engines.

But that is easy enough to fix, a MegaSquirt, some piping and a few blockoff plates and you're set!

Just remember to change your oil!
