haha, i can't read all of that. same crap over and over.
i can say this, what makes any car that car is what it is when you buy it. a rotary doesn't make an rx7, the entire car makes the rx7. so why isnt it blasphemy when a rotary makes it way into another car? heathens i say! ...
i only have one complaint -- what, no revving? idling just doesn't get my jollies off. but like you said, the cam hasn't even been timed (you did say that, right?). so don't go screwing anything up. but just so you know MY opinion, i wanted revving and donuts. other than that, it looked nice. and were those 'vette wheels? just do me one SMALL favor; when people call it a "mini corvette," please correct them. at the time of production, they looked nothing little like corvettes. or is it just me? i just can't compare an FD with a C4. and, being on the rx7 side, i guess i just hate hearing "mini corvette." i'd say, if anything, the C5 looks like a "big FD." retorts welcome.

Nobody else was home to hold the camera. I guess if you had shown up at Fuddrucker's today you would have gotten a little better image. Eventually I'll get around to having someone get some video of SOMETHING
Not sure what you mean about Corvette wheels... are you referring to my C6 parked next to it in the driveway? I don't really compare the two, because they have different purposes for me.

nevermind. in the video the RX7's wheels looked familiar. you know what i was thinking of though? ferrari wheels. i just realised that. sorry, since i moved to nyc i've lost touch with cars for the most part. not by choice by any means, it's just how it is.
oh, i also wanted to question your use of a muffler. if i remember right, it looked like any generic import can. is it not common to keep the dual, more american style exhaust/muffler setup for such a conversion (american muscle engine in an import car)?

The setup will flow plenty and according to everyone who's heard it run sounds nice. I'm pretty satisfied with the way it came out.

Q: How many forum members does it take to change a lightbulb?
A : One to change the light bulb and to post that the light bulb has been changed.
Fourteen to share similar experiences of changing light bulbs and how the light bulb could have been changed differently.
Seven to caution about the dangers of changing light bulbs.
Seven more to point out spelling/grammar errors in posts about changing light bulbs.
Three to correct spelling/grammar errors.
Six to argue over whether it's "lightbulb" or "light bulb".
Another six to condemn those six as stupid.
Fifteen to claim experience in the lighting industry and give the correct spelling.
Nineteen to post that this group is not about light bulbs and to please take this discussion to a lightbulb (or light bulb) forum.
Eleven to defend the posting to the group saying that we all use light bulbs and therefore the posts are relevant to this group.
Thirty six to debate which method of changing light bulbs is superior, where to buy the best light bulbs, what brand of light bulbs work best for this technique and what brands are faulty.
Seven to post URLs where one can see examples of different light bulbs.
Four to post that the URLs were posted incorrectly and then post the corrected URL.
Three to post about links they found from the URLs that are relevant to this group which makes light bulbs relevant to this group.
Thirteen to link all posts to date, quote them in their entirety including all headers and signatures, and add "Me too".
Five to post to the group that they will no longer post because they cannot handle the light bulb controversy.
Four to say "didn't we go through this already a short time ago?"
Thirteen to say "do a Google search on light bulbs before posting questions about light bulbs."
Three to tell a funny story about their cat and a light bulb.

It was painted last year (about 250 miles ago) but I picked it up before they wetsanded and buffed it. They also forgot to paint the mirrors and there's a run in the rear wing they need to fix. I brought it and picked it up with the body panels off the car, so it was kinda fubar from the beginning. Anyway, it's back in to have the job actually finished.
I am still on the fence with it - I have a solid offer that I am happy with and the work I'm having done needs to be done, whether I sell it or not.
