Guys,

I just got a phone call from a family member of Harris (Fierce Alien), he was involved in a serious car accident today and is currently in surgery. He has internal bleeding, severed lung, ruptured spleen, fractured ribs and is still unconscious since the accident. The doctors stated he will be in surgery so there is no way anyone can see him right now.

He was pulling out of a bagel store and a fire truck / ambulance that was responding to a call hit him directly on the drivers side. They had to extract him from the Rx7 due to the damage. He was unconscious at the time. They are not sure what is going to happen yet since he will be in surgery for some time. John (his cousin with the Vette at the meets) will call me when visiting hours are.

John asked that I post this since he does not know all of Harris' friends on here but wants everyone to please pray for him. His full name is Harris Lesley and he is at Nassau Hospital Long Island.

Just got an update from John, they stopped the internal bleeding. Doctors are hopeful.

WOW im in shock.. I spoke with him last nite and hearing this is making me depress. My prayers are with him right now. Ant let me know of any updates.

I spoke with his cousin and said maybe in two days they will let people go and visit him...My brother and my self are going on tuesday if they let people visit him. ALbert I'll call you if you wanna go aight man....

 

John just called me, he wanted to thank everyone for their support. Doctors are not sure what will happen. They almost lost him twice because of more internal bleeding. Right now his is still in surgery and will be for a while. The doctors but him in a coma.

When he gets better, we'll all go see him together.

I don't know Harris, but that's extremely tragic and my prayers are with him and his family right now! I hope he pulls through.

OMG, I had to read this a couple of times. I can't believe what happened to Harris. He is in my prayers. Thank you keeping us all posted. I am looking forward to gettinng one of his great messages soon again.

 

I text John (Harris cousin) and he told me that harris is going back into surgury for his pelvis and leg

 

Wow... This is sad, I met him at the last bbq meet very cool guy. My prayers go out to him.

 

hey guys i'm Harris's brother Stefan. Some of u guys might not know i have gotten a change to be to the forum yet till now but i think this was a great idea and i want to thank everyone so much for their support and prayers. Our family appreciates it very much for everything that you guys are willing to do. I will be posting more updates frequently to keep u guys informed on Harris's health. As soon as i know something i will post it up here again

Update
As you all know Harris is doing better but still unconscious, the doctors still have him in the induced coma, a controlled coma so he doesn't feel the pain. He went into surgery for his leg and pelvis today and was responsive last night to squeeze peoples hands and when doctors felt his leg for where the break was he also moved his arms up.
