well i was in the process of putting new springs and struts/shocks and poly in the suspension when i threw-out my back again. so car is in the garage on jackstands. the front is complete and on ramps.. the rear is in the air with control arms off one side ready for bushings. no rear springs in, no shocks. juuuust hang'n there waiting for back to recover.

i hate getting old.

Yeah, Dale is that old. He was looking at himself walking out of the DQ at lunch today. Old man walking slowly in baby steps out to his Chrysler product to drive back away slowly... sort of in control.... That is Dale in 2-3 years. :-)

Hey Everyone here, go check out the message boards and the events section of our meetup site:

http://rx7.meetup.com/55/

I have added several events and have a question in the message board section about another event. I am going to be scheduling a night at American Indoor Karting, let me know of there are any nights somewhere near the end of August that would not work for anyone. I am leaning towards something like August 22-25 as possible dates. I have not checked with AIK yet.

howdy fellas
Anyone got a 12a distributor sitting around, collecting dust? I need one and I am tired of spending money out the wazoo. The bank just called and said "you'll never get that car running, so why don't you just cut up your cards and stop trying." I'll show them, hehehehe.

I think I still have a 12A dristributor. I have sold several of them but think I still have a couple laying around. It'd be nice to sell on locally, rather than sending them to New Zeland. I have sold 4 of them to different people in New Zeland???? No idea why..... I am sure the ones I have don't have igniters anymore.

Let me look, I am pretty sure I have one you can purchase.

Oh, and the purchase price is free.

Anyone need any S5 NA engine parts? I've got an engine with only 63k miles on it, the back rotor has no compression. The engine ran fine, but of course no power 'cause of the bad rotor, before I took it out. I've also got the ECU, but not the wiring harness. And a gold hood(in perfect condition). I've also got the transmission, driveshaft and a new exhaust. The previous owner mod'ed the exhaust, the downpipe is welded to the one and only cat. From the cat back it's stock. The mufflers are new, I think the Y pipe is the original one. I'm offering all the parts locally first, no reasonable offer turned down! Also willing to trade parts for help with my "still in progress" TII swap!
