The racing beat flywheel nut tool is the best to use if you can.

I have rearview mirror. I have hatch actuators, but you might do better replacing them with ones from Pep Boys or something. Mine are so-so. I have several spare coil pairs.

seats
rear left speaker
I have a decent pair of gray cloth seats from an 85. They need one small repair that an upholstry shop told me would be very easy.
I have a factory speaker, but you would probably prefer getting decent more modern spakers that fit the holes.

There are lots of local upholstery shops. Most do some sort of reapir work such as this would need. I just did a quick search on whitepages.com and it listed 10 different places in Newport News alone. I happen to have one that is just across the highway from my house.

You have 2mm seals. only the GSLSE has 3 mm.

It should be ok, but your engine is probably nearing the end of its life. You might as well use it, but plan on a rebuild sometime. My daughters had 205K miles on the first engine.

i'd recommend replacing both cables.. after a while corrosion takes over the insides too and they just aren't salvagable. buy new cables.
