when could you plan a trip down to my place? you mentioned to me you had a digital camera. i was wondering if you could take pics of my car parts? im not good with putting pictures from cameras to pc's

oh and quick question on the first gens do they have a top mount fuel pump? and how many ,cause on the manual i heard that there is two pumps? is that the same case for the automatics? i hear the ticking under the car from what i think is the fuel pump but i thought the sound would be heard from the hatch area?
looks like ill be working on maddies car today! changing the fuel pump, fuel lines'rubber ones' and another fuel filter cause the one i put in is FULL of rust

Calvin im going to need that tank filler neck. i think thats what they call it. when you want to plan a pick up for that item??and if you have found that idel air screw with tenstioner spring.

thanks monty

Monty, I may be in Norfolk tonight. Perhaps I can swing some time to stop by your place, PM me your address. Else I know I'll be in Va Beach next Sunday.

Hey VA, I finally found pics of the "chrome" powder coating you did. I think that's what I want.
When would be a good time to drop off the IC?

Dwayne, sorry I haven't talked to you sooner. Do you still have that housing and rotor? I have to stop by a pharmacy in Poq this weekend to pic up some meds. I could stop by and pick it up, or if you don't mind, you could drop it off the next time you go to work at Hampton Chevy, or I could drop by your work. Thanks!

Damn! Supposed to be 60 degrees today. Sounds like a good time to wash the car.

MONTY why not either clean out your fuel tank or get another one ???????

if you have to keep changing fuel filters due to rust , then you have big problems.

I have 2 52" screen TV's sitting side-by-side. HAH!

Monty, which Haltech is going for 1200? And on FB's there is one fuel pump that is under the driver's side storage bin, underneath the car. I'm not sure what you mean by top mount pump.

I got my Haltech in yesterday, I'll take pics when I get a camera. I can tell you though, there will be a SHITLOAD of wiring. I'm talking in the neighborhood of 75 to 100 wires that don't have anything terminating them.

Did you try Randy Kenny?

I'll probly use most of the wires due that the Haltech controls everything from ignition to the fuel pump, but I really haven't read the manual yet, so I'm not 100% on that.

im getting the E8 system cause it looks user friendly and ive read the manual like 3 times lol.but for the price im not complaining oh and my tax refund is close....but not quite 1200.00 lol but ill save for the rest and a little help from maddie TYVM!

yeah i put a new fuel pump in ,a universal one makes a buzzing noise now lol yeah the car was in need of a new one due to the rust . all im waiting on now is the filler neck.i put it in a bath of rust eater/rust remover and going to let it soak overnight what has caused the rust. was from the filler neck not shutting closed its rusted open.... i hope i can fix it .if not looks like a replacment is at hand.as for the tank the rust looked like red slime??? but the inside looks good so i dont think ill need the other tank after all calvin =/

as for my car, soon as that tax refund gets here oh its off to ebay i go!!!
haltech E8
new greedy bov
flange for bov
front mount intercooler
