Try 20w50. Oil pumps rarely go bad. Also, the stock gauges are notorious for being not so accurate. Possibly an aftermarket Oil pressure gauge. You may want to check the oil pressure sensor, and it's connection. Clean off the connectors and see what happens. It's on the driver's side of the motor, on the rear end plate below the oil filter. Big *** round thing with 1 wire running to it with a spade connector.

i dont think the oil pump hasnt gone bad cause i still am getting a reading but i did notice it was harder to start the car with the new oil.but when i had the old oil it started up alot easyer.......i was thinking of using 10w50 or 20w40 not sure about 20w50 cause its like virginia doesnt reach the temps of texas or something.

Starters are pretty cheap. I wouldn't get one from Advance, pep boys, napa, or anything like that though. It's sure to go out in a few months. Go ahead and get a mazda reman. Possibly www.mazdatrix.com. They usually carry genuine Mazda.

A little ???????? its like night and day . the swap is fairly easy if you do it right , Ive done 2 with no problems other than my stupid little quirks . The trick is to do it properly , get all the proper wirring harnesses and computer, the rest is gravy.

Good luck ,

Hey Girly , if you run in to problems finding parts , get ahold of me or Randy , he has an entire attic space full of FB and some FC parts . He will be back in town next week , and for those who know Randy , he finally got off his big Q tip *** and asked that chick to marry him . I think she said yes, hahahaha

Good luck

Ehh, I don't think we meet every Saturday. More like the 3rd saturday of every month with a few special occasions thrown in there throughout the year.

And yep, the next meetup is at AIK (American Indoor Karting) on Airline Blvd. in Portsmouth on the 21st at 6 pm.
