Can anyone explain to me what I have to expect when registering and getting a Florida RX7 registered here in Southern VA? I still have the airpump and a high flow cat. I'm not sure if there is a visual inspection or what.

I don't know of emissions in VA Beach. Only in the Northern VA area.

 

they don't test your exhaust emissions but they do a visual inspection, so if any equipment is not there it can fail - some shops know what they're looking at, some others don't, and some don't care
