This isn't looking to be too big of a caravan

Phil just posted the schedule and it looks like there is some stuff going on thursday night. I plan to head out Thursday morning, are the majority of people leaving after work on Thursday?

Also, re: lodging, if people don't have it already I'm not sure there is much available at this point. There may be room for one more in a hotel room I have reserved with my buddy and my brother......

 

yeah man... Thursday Night for me and like 5 friends....
some have class in the morning... and others have work... its gonna b a long dark drive

I am leaving Daytona Thursday morning and will be there Thursday mid afternoon. Coordinate w/ Rich as we have the room in the lodge. I am leaving it up to him on arrangements as we discussed. Has two queen beds. Dont miss the Thursday night kickoff!

It's about 750 miles from morristown to the Gap. Depends on traffic really......if we leave at 10am it's possible to make it there by 10pm but realistically we'll prolly stop off somewhere thursday nite at a hotel and roll in friday morning in the daylight.

Morondongon/Theorie, do you guys have a place to stay once we're down there?

 

Also have a thread on the other website. What time is everyone meeting and are you meeting in Richmond?

Looks like there will be six of us and Gordon is travelling with his wife so a hotel is probably our best bet.

I have a 4 bedroom with just me and my wife so there's more than enough room

 

this will add about 1.5 hours to you're guys' trip but you get to save money on hotel rooms..
