Hurleysurf24's rooming arrangments
Okay I finally got a hold of Kimberly and we'll see wher ethis goes.
I want a list of people that are going to want to share a place.
Depending on the amount of people I am looking at booking the following for us:
1. Nantahala Mountain Retreat; Spring Ridge
5 Bedroom 3 Bathroom. I believe its 3000 square feet. Three stories, 6 decks, tow hot tubs.
this one fits about 10 people ... but most likely can get up to 15 in this bad boy Not sure of price yet
2. Nantahala Mountain Retreat; Windy Gap
3 Bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (all master suites ... can fit up to 6 but more like 8-10)
- four-person hot tub on the second story deck with fireplace
The view:
3. Cabin 180
Virtual tour:
http://www.nvnc.com/cabins/Nyrapacha/index.html
4 bed/4 bath can sleep 8 but most likely 10-12
4. Cabin 230
Really ******* nice lol
4 bed/4 bath can sleep 8 but most likely 10-12
5. If only a few then just booking something with 2 or 3 bedrooms.
The way this is going to work:
Depending on how many people are interested I'll figure out which cabin/lodge/mountain home to get. Once I reserve the lodge you will need to paypal me your share (this is fully refundable ONLY if every person cancels .. I don't want to be stuck with a bill). If we end up getting more people to stay in the cabin it makes it cheaper for each person, and of course your money will be refunded accordingly.
As always, if you damage something ... your paying for it. I'm not being held responsible for any of that nonsense (yes you will sign something acknowledging that when you get to the cabin).

Alright guys heres our options:
Spring ridge was already booked for two weeks and it was only 565 for the weekend boooo .. **** was fantastic too lol.
1. End of the Ridge - 4bed/4bath with hottub. This house has been the Village manager's house since it was built in 1993. It is close to everything, yet very private, on its own end-of-the-ridge peninsula, providing panoramic 270 degree views to the west, north, and south. Close to the lodge and swimming pool, it is about 2200 square feet, with four bedrooms, three baths, a separate TV room, living room with cathedral ceiling, two decks (one covered), hot tub, a basketball hoop, and a nice flat yard. This is a great house for family gatherings... Its right next to the resort (meaning its not bunched in with the cabins) its within walking distance to the resort. If we get this one we do not get an extra night free. So it would just be for Friday anD Saturday night. 575.60
2. Wild Magnolia - A few miles from the resort grounds. 3 bedroom with Fireplace, outdoor hottub, two stories, full kitchen, pool table, big screen. We get an extra night here; so either Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Friday Saturday Sunday. 505 Dollars
3. Cabin 105 - 3 Bedroom. On resort grounds and car freindly. Extra night included also 535.52
4. Cabin 180/220/230 - All baller *** cabins and four bedrooms. I was told these are a bit tougher to get in and out of (for our cars). 695
So the break down goes as follows:
Each person is paying per room until we get more then 8 people in the lodge/cabin at which point we will switch to the per person method since its cheaper for everyone. (we could always just pay per room and make each extra person staying in the living room and what not pay an extra 50-60 bucks for crashing ... works pretty good as well since it drops the per room price down significantly).
So here's the break down on pricing (I'll give an exact amount once we are certain):
4 bedrooms with all 4 rooms occupied -
600dollars = 150/room
550 dollars = 137.50/room
500 dollars = 125/room
Per person which would ultimately make it cheaper for everyone.
600 dollars with 4 people = 150/person
600 dollars with 5 people = 120/person
600 with 6 people = 100/person
600 with 7 people = 85/person
600 with 8 people = 75/person
600 with 9 people = 66.67/person
600 with 10 people = 60.00/person
600 with 11 people = 54.54/person
600 with 12 people = 50.00/person
550 with 4 people = 137.50 per person
550 with 5 people = 110.00 per person
550 with 6 people = 91.00 per person
550 with 7 people = 78.57 per person
550 with 8 people = 68.75/person
550 with 9 people = 61.11 per person
550 with 10 people = 55.00 per person
550 with 11 people = 50 per person
550 with 12 people = 45.83 per person
I suggest we get the end of the ridge lodge/cabin. Thoughts?

alright guys .. since i didnt book yesterday looks like its 5% more (30 bucks more .. no biggy).
I'm reserving the lodge today. First come first serve. Once I reserve it I will need to see cash in the paypal account by the end of February. We have four rooms booked as of now, so the other people coming in will either have to ask politely to split a room, or sleep on the couch/bring a sleeping bag.

on phone now with Kimberly...
EDIT: just got off the phone. Reserved a cabin at Panther Mountain Lodge (?). Deposit is made. I'm told its about 4 miles away...4 bedroom. Has 1 king bed, 3 queens. (and one of the rooms is pink! - Neato, you and matt get that one!!!)
This is for Friday and Saturday nights
Price is $600.90 when all is said and done. so that puts it at $100 per person. (if you wish to donate extra, please don't hesitate to do so!) or we can do $150 a room... (i have no problems sleeping on a couch)
anyway, here is who i have so far as being in there:
1. Me paid
2. Funkspectrum paid
3. blizzaga
4. LoneCorp
5. NeatoCheetoFB
6. duffman692002
I will update it to reflect who has paid.
