Connecticut emissons?

I dont have a modified car so im not sure just how strict they really are.

Im guessing down pipes arent allowed?

Is there certain years exempt from emissons/inspections?

Or someone can PM me who i can bribe.

Thats what i thought, im not worried about inspection, im worried about the sniffer, because if a car is running a downpipe and no cat, no way you can pass legally.

While this is a good idea, the option probably wont be available to me because i would be purchasing the car with it installed already, so unless they have the stock pre cat, this is a no go.
