Nope! But we do get together. Look for some post soon about meeting up at the Berlin Turnpike Hooters! Where are you located?

 

Im in the Danbury area and there are some Marcus Dairy car shows every once and a while... but definitely no big rx7 club like there should be.

 

There's a CT RX-7 club... in my pants.

Seriously though, we need to get together during the summer.

 

I'm a member of the CARTCT out of Bristol, CT. Last week, there were three RX-7's at the autocross and they kicked ***. Those three (one FB and two FD's) usually compete out of Waterbury, CT and are in the FCSCC. The FB won FTD!

This Saturday is a test and tune day in Bristol and Sunday, I plan to be at Waterbury for autocross. They use the Naugatuck Community College parking lot for their events.

do you need to be a member of the club in order to go to the auto-x's? Im interested in trying to get to some this summer.

 

no need to be a member to autox, beign a bember they knock off a few bucks when u show up. if you go to most events its worth being a member

if theres anything in ct this summer I'll do my best to be there... if you guys want to meet at Kent Falls theres a meet being put on by the Protege Club in mid august that I am definitely going to. I am going to post when I get more info/the actual date. But keep it in mind.

 

Well, I am on the CT/RI border, and my FC is coming home in 9 days... Anyone who feels like wrenching on it with me is welcome.

 

During the summer on the pike you guys should head to Best Buy, alot of DSMers and a select few other car owners hang out there.. Good time all in all.

i will say it again. i can careless who is there as long as the food is good and i know i can beat up fritz if the food sucks

the pike is full of ricers and 1000hp cars

 

yeah but i hang out in all different places .. up here is a place to go . after the pike we check out the racers and get chased by police .. fun stuff

 

Once my car is on the road, I'm game. Maybe someone Knowledgeable could list all the hang out spots and monthly car club events in CT.
