Strange rpm problem
Got a strange problem whit my rpm.. i'l try do explane it for you.. =)
1.
When i try to get the rpm to stay at 2500rpm or any other rpm the rpm goes up and down betvine 2000-3000rpm. this is when the car stands still.
anyone that knows whats wrong.. would be happy if you can help me.
2.
My other problem is whit the emisson test, it's all to high. I got a racing beat exhaust system whit no cat, can i do anything whitout changing the exhaust system to get the car to pass emisson controll?

The cycling is the ECU trying to decel cut the engine when it thinks you're lifted off the throttle.

Oh yeah, if you know how to rig it to work, it can be done.
But the guy explicitly stated he had no cats.
I'm assuming the ACV could've been removed or blocked, and I think the air pump is gone too.
Very minimum, you NEED a cat and an air pump definitely helps.
You can pass emissions with just a cat with no air pump, but it's very difficult.
