Another Tuner Thread
Hey, I have been dying to get my streetported FD tuned now and am trying to find some good tuners in the NE Area... I heard KDR is mostly mechanical not tuners, so I am counting them out... Was contemplating on T&R but i read some negative comments about them.... I then was trying to have a forum member tune my ride but he seems to be far to busy to getting around to my ride. I need to find somebody new. I just saw that shop Tri-State located in Queens, I talked to them on the phone and they say that they can tune it for me.
What are some of your guys suggestions/experiences from some of the tuners listed? Anybody been over to Tri-State Autosports before?
Also what are the advantages of the tuner using the laptop for most of the tune rather than just throwing it up on the dyno....
-Gary

From: FL-->NJ/NYC again!
Jodeny is out on long island and I have heard he knows his stuff when it comes to tuning.
Also, Judge Ito works at www.RealDealMotorsports.com in Lodi, NJ, and I have called and they say they can tune boosted rotaries. They have a dynojet, they quoted me $100 per hr dyno time and an additional $100 per hr for tuning, which is pretty damn cheap provided they tune it right and know what the hell they are doing
