Anyone recommend a good place where I can get a full alighment for my lowered fd? I searched but only found some threads from 2001 and 2002.

try jamaica rack and axle. they are located on liberty ave and 173rd st. there is a guy name azeem who works there. he is a follow rotor head. he has been fixing rx7's for over 15 years, he currently owns 2 cym, 1 mb, and 1 vr. i have h&r springs on my fd and they were able to get it on their alignment machine

Got an alignment at Jamaica Rack and Axle. Azeem is a really nice guy and knows the fd. He used the Pettit steet settings I brought and they charged less than the average shop. I'd definitely recommend them for an alignment.
