87 FC 210k runs drives, 88 parts in MD
::sigh:: Anyone wanna buy one of my fc's ? I want a convertible now...
One is a white 87 fc 5-speed 2+2 with 209k miles (original engine) still pulls great, compression is a little low, but ok. (can't remember the compression numbers off hand) has a turbo II suspension with 16" chrome custom wheels and new tires. Also has a really incredible e-fan that I'ms sure Tofuball can vouch for. The car is in good shape. Only has one issue and thats if you drive it too hard for too long it gets above the halfway mark on the temp gauge. I think it's just the waterpump tho. (gonna try that if nobody wants it as-is) $1500 firm.
The other is a red 88 FC with 140k miles. Not running right now. Has the 4 piston calipers, 5-bolt wheels, bologna cutter style, spoiler, and glass sunroof (stuck open). Two seater with gray interior. (interior is in good shape, but dirty) I think it just needs a new fuel pump. I squirted some fuel in the intake to test the engine and it started right up and ran for about 2 seconds and shut off. Ran really smooth too. I plan to do a compression test on it. Looking for $700 obo on that one.
Lemme know if any of you have questions or whatever. I can get more pics if needed.

Um good question on the front lip. It's in good condition, I just don't know what style it is. The car is in virginia, I'm in florida, and I live in MD.... I can get more pics for you after I get back in town on Sunday. But if you're wanting me to part it out, I'm really not planning to do that.

why are you firm with the 1500? with low compression and possible water pump problems? Just wanting to know.. also does the sunroof leak? does it has back seats or bins?

Nope, no leaks in the sunroof, there are back seats. I guess I could be somewhat negotiable, it's just that it's a very nice car in good shape other than the problems listed. And just in the last month I put well over 1,000 into upgrading the brakes and suspension from a base model to the point where it is now.
I guess the price just reflects the attachment I have to it. It's one of those "if it doesn't sell I'll just keep it" kinda deals.
Hope that answers your questions. Oh, and I'm back in town with the cars, so if anyone wants to come take a look at either one, just let me know.
