Moved the 225's up front to replace the 205's and threw some 245's in the rear. Sits like a beast, I'll try and get a picture tomorrow.

Lightbulb Jealousy/Wires/COLD

Well, I'm in a bunch of snow here, and I am jealous as hell that you guys can meet. Some warm summer day I'll make it down from Taos.

I too have starting issues and am homing in on the very affordable consideration of my wires... Have you changed yours lately?

It's too cold here to hope for much, and I just got my Cali car (didn't think to look at purchase time) with NO subzero starting system. I found out that if it does NOT come factory installed, it does NOT retrofit. (Carb intakes?) I'm in a dreadful HOLD position. Until I figure out -0 stuff I have a 3 season car. (I want a daily driver).

We've not had anything but a quick fluff one night a week ago. Since then it's been nothing but freezing temperatures and blizzard-like winds with nothing to show for it other than a rising gas bill :/

Side note; I forgot to take a picture. I mean i did take one of the car because i thought it looked cool, but it's a bit too far away to actually show how big the tires are now compared to how they were. I'll post it anyways:

Ignore the premade filter :3

Justin,
gotta say, I like the bigger tires! are they the same wheels? I checked out your album, but can't see in the new pic. I REALLY like your old (same?) wheels.

Yeah they're the same wheels, i just put bigger meat on them. It's got a really aggressive look going for it now, now all i need to do is figure out why one wheel has negative camber but the other is straight up and down. If i can get that sorted out it'd look sick

NM HELP? I need a jack...

I COULD resort to ebay, but I'm gonna try to reach out to NM enthusiasts first. It finally hit 40º outside! and time to get under my girl to bleed the brakes and change the fuel filter… my first use of the … WAIT! NO JACK! I even wrote to the guy who sold her to me (he had more than 1 RX7 on his property). No score.

Anyone out there have an extra stock scissors jack (a lug wrench would be sweet too) they want to sell for cheap? and ship to Taos? It would really be a breakthrough.

I have been delighted that my hubby (who doesn't like to work on cars) has been quite amused fussing over my "Smooth". Instead of arguing over the needy 4 wheel project, we're cooperating! Now we're STUCK.

You could always go to Harbor Freight and buy a nice one that you can use for any vehicle, they're not too expensive. especially if you catch one in one of the 20 sales they have each week xD

Another NM FD

Hi all, sorry to butt in, just wanted to introduce myself. Charlie, from Clovis. Anyone out here on the NM thread from Clovis too? Anyways, this is actually my GF's ride, haha, but we take good care of her together! '94 Touring, manual, 70K, still bone stock.

Nice looking New Mexico rotaries you guys have, love the flat black FC! I'm gonna have to come back and read the whole thread sometimes. I miss Albuquerque, used to live there. Are there any reputable rotary mechanics/shops in the metro area? There's definitely nothing here in Eastern NM..

The radiator I have is from Rotary Performance. It is the 33% upgraded one. If you are interested let me know. Also if anyone is looking for a new intake for the stock twins I have a apexi intake laying around.

I've always wanted to. Car is in no shape atm though. Once i get some coils, the new motor, and a new front diff mount I'll be down there running her for sure. Hopefully that'll be this summer sometime.
