I'm working on a plan involving a 6-port NA, some porting tools, and a Haltech Platinum Sport 1000. If I'm lucky I might have something put together in time for next SCCA solo season.

You want the BEST paintjob in town??? Call Dave at Leading Edge Customs 261-8498. You're not going to spend any less than probably $3k, but it will surpass factory paint I guarantee.

And yeah, modding and living. Trying to heal up still. Turns out I had a stress fracture from surgery and now have a broken fibula. Will find out monday if I need another surgery to fix it. If not, I'm scheduling my shoulder surgery for september and my knee surgery for november. Gah...

In the meantime though, the engine for the FD is completely done, as well as the entire single setup, fuel system, meth injection, dual oil coolers, etc... I still need wheels and to get her in the paint shop as well, I'm slacking on that. Mathematically, she should put down around 600hp with everything I've built over the last year. It's tough looking at the parts on the bench haha. I could build now, but I want to paint first and get all my body goodies on. I'm looking to hopefully have her DONE by my bday, September 8, as a present to myself I've got a few engine builds going right now, so we'll see how far behind those put me. All in all, I guess I can still say she's in the works. Hope to see everyone soon!!

I'm also in the process of finishing my car up. I'm dreading wiring up my haltech... blah who's super good with wiring? Looks like everyone is getting stuff done though thats for sure. I smell another rotary meet!!! Lets shoot for the end of september!

Thinking of getting a godspeed radiator. Good? Its less expensive than koyo

 

They are alright it worked for awhile. Nowhere near Koyo's quality however. Plus my old godspeed cracked welds when my motor blew the coolant seals. I'd never buy one again after getting my Koyo though. Just my 2 cents.

 

Oh yeah? Dang...might have to go koyo then. Do not wanna take chances, plus waste money.

Also @ hayseed. S4 shell?

 

Godspeed parts are ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. Might as well throw your hard earned money right in the trash. Spend th extra dough and get the KOYO or the MFR Rad.

And yeah, Hayseed's shell is S4. Was my TII years ago. Was the nicest TII in NM at one point. R.I.P.

What's going on RE drivers. I'm looking for people in the Albuquerque area that want to meet up with a Rotary club that was started here in Albuquerque. We call our self DukeCityRotary, and we are always looking for more drivers. We currently have 6 members with RX-8's, and RX-7's.
