Motec ECU Question
Hi, I have a quick questiob for the guys using the Motec M48 ECU.
How did you get this to work?
I have been told by Motec that the M48 doesnt have enough ignition inputs to control an FD. How did you get around it?
Thanks
Dan

There aren't many people on this forum using Motec, so I'll take a guess...
From what I understand, the M48 is not capable of the Rotary Split function unless it has the Advanced Tuning option. I guess you could run the engine without the split like a 4-cylinder, or you could upgrade to the Advanced Tuning option. It would be best to ask your Motec representative about this.
The M48 Pro should be able to run Rotary Split as-is because it comes with the Advanced Tuning and Datalogging functions as standard.
