I was so excited todyay, it was warm and sunny and Wednesday. So i thought some people might be out there tonight......guess not. I got to kopps around 6:30 -6:45, hoping some cars would show up, nope it was just me. So I had a little car show all by myself, ate some icecream and went home. maybe another week!

 

It was a pretty nice day. I took my car out for spin this afternoon but it is still to early for meets. Once we start getting together again I will post in this thread.

I'll try to make it out there more this summer, wednesdays always seemed to be a long day for me at work last summer...

i would go but i have to work wesday night, maybe next weekend. i have a 87 NA. base. power nothing, only A/C . oh and the guy i bought the car form removed the cats.

 

wednesday nights wont work for me... wed. and thurs. are days i will always work unless i take vacation

 

i have wednesday nights off now, so I should be able to join you guys on a more regular basis than the 1 meet i came to, lol

 

Did I miss anything tonight? I didnt come out tonight because it rained all day, didnt think people would be out. I got really nice out around when it starts, so i hope i didnt miss out....i have been waiting all winter for this!

Still waiting for other parts to come "home," from japan. Until then, the car won't go anywhere. Doing some very minor changes as well.

 

Sorry, guys. I have been working a ton. I will see if something is happening this week. So far I do not think anyone has gotten together. I am also selling my car so I am probably out this summer. Still it is the best car club in WI. Anyone who shows up is usually not disappointed.

I just dont have time for it anymore. I am 31 with a family and I just dont have time anymore. My priorities have changed over the last year. I love the car but its a lot of money to be tied up for something I dont use.

I am pretty sure it will sell. I had one bidder flake and retract his bid today. Otherwise I have had over 20 inquires and there are currently 59 people watching the auciton. I guess we will see.

Friday (6/9/05) night, in Manawa, there is a car show. From Milwaukee, it's about 2 hours. I think it would be really cool to get a bunch of our cars there.
