Spring meet/Swap meet and Barbeque

Alright so we still have a long way until the date is here but I figured its best to get this out here as soon as possible. If we need/want to change anything this gives plenty of time.

As of now were just going to meet at a Shop N Save and then we can all get together and cruise up to Pere Marquette. Plan on meeting at the Shop N Save around 11:30 and leaving no later than 12. Its about a 1 hour drive from there.

Once we get to the park hopefully the area is open if not theres a quite a few other places we can barbeque at close by. Im not sure how we want to handle getting food and drinks together but I figure everyone would just bring their own drinks, ill bring charchol and some stuff to cook if everyone just brings something out we will have more than enough food.

I figured we would just hang out there till whenever, theres some fun roads to drive on up in the state park actually, just have to be careful as always. I hope we can get a good turnout for an awesome St. Louis area Rotary Meet! Hope to see everyone there.

Those that didn't know about it from our facebook page are more then welcome to come on out. I know it was last minute to post this but feel free if you're close by. Also this is a swap meet. So if you need parts or want to sell some parts bring them out and head over.

I think a little bit of a notice would have helped people plan to make this happan.... I would have came if I knew a week ago, I still have my car in winter storage still. I try not do the facebook thing.

 

ya I didn't think about it till the last minute. We're trying to put something together for July 1st.
