nebraska cars?
Where's a good place to get my car dyno tuned? I know with all the mods I've done to my engine I'm gonna need to get an safc and have it tuned to get it to the proper air/fuel mixture. Def need someone that knows rotaries pretty well.
Did you see the Steve Kan thread right below this one? Its at the end of March but thats the way Im going.
I'm in NW Omaha with an 87 TII. You can add me to the broken list as well, bad coolant seals, broken diff, some body damage. I haven't done much lately with the car, just let it sit. It's technically for sale if anyone wants to take a look.

FWIW, I just recently installed a PFC on my car. While searching and reading all the related FAQs I remembered these guys making adapters to run the FD PFC on the FCs without having to hack the harness. Both S4 and S5. I don't know enough about these to make recommendations, but just in case you're interested, look under "Products"--> "Harnesses & Adapters". ----> http://www.banzai-racing.com/
Thanks for the info on that. Thing is expensive in combo with the pfc but looks worth considering. I got her started this last weekend but cant get it idling yet. Didn't have an extra body with me to keep it running while I tweak the idle

Nope, that isn't mine but I remember the car. A 93 Touring. Strange, it sat outside for 6 or 8 months then disappeared. No one ever drove it. It was plated in Texas so I guessed a military guy on deployment.
It's finally back on the road!!! Saw some guy in a black s5 saturday on the interstate cruising with his girl. It's so awesome to be back on the road again after two years. I <3 rotaries
Ill be moving or rather be stationed in Rapid City, South Dakota as of tomorrow... How far is that from Nebraska... I have yet to find someone with a 7 from SD... So I figured Id say whats up to the Nebraska guys since that isnt to far? Oh well anways I have a FD... Ill probably bring it up there after winter.

Well I got my car back and it is running really good. Turns out it wasnt a blown motor just a hole in a 90 degree coupler going to my fmic that you couldnt see until you took it off. I was real happy when i did the compression check. I did it with a piston one though. They read different right?
Hey guys, I'm a second-gen owner from Falls City...way down in the southeast corner. I was almost worried no one else in the midwest had an rx-7. It would be pretty cool if we could get a meet together someday.
I've been through Auburn and Neb. City a few times with my car. I'm making tenative plans to host a little get-together in the spring in Bellevue. Some guys in the Lawrence KS area usually have a spring meeting too. Stay in touch.
