Ive read through the other area threads and they are relatively boring compared to the crazy **** that happens in the IA threads.

Damn, I'm kinda the odd man out. I live near Ames, a bunch of you are all in the Eastern fourth of the state. I'm interested though, my exposure to other 7's has been tragically limited. I've seen a few here and there, and met a few guys when I was looking for a TII (I did find one ) and one or two at autocross meets, but aside from that there was just one guy who had a V8 swapped FC and he was super uninterested in talking about the car. It was like it could have been a Ferrari Testarossa or a Geo Metro and it wouldn't have made any difference to him.

Takes too much work in MS Paint. If you select a bit to copy it'll pull it at whatever shape you draw, but paste it as a square with white filling the bits of the square that your shape didn't fill. I hate it, but I'm too indifferent to really mess with anything else.

So far so good on the paint. It's a special paint that matches the gold bbs STI wheels. As far as what paint is best a lot of the subaru guys just use the stuff from Autozone and have good luck with getting a couple years out of it before it flakes. Just make sure you prep it properly and you should be good to go!

P.S. I thought I told you not to show anyone my flaming pink wheels

I've seen strange RPM walls (mine was 6500, there have been others) caused by a bad TPS. I'm assuming you drive an FC...

It's a fc with a s5 lim and s6 uim and tb. He's tried everything other than massive secondaries which he has coming in the mail. I think it's almost time for a Haltech and a Jorge Corilla tune.

Take it to Jorge at P and L in Chicago, little bit of a drive but you will thank me later.
