Where are you?

Don't call, don't write, what's going on?

Thanks,

Ben you really need to get your act together otherwise your looking at a free trip to the gray bar motel

I was cool enough to get the majority of the parts out of the garage and shipped to fritz i even had to pay 70 bucks out of my pocket to get the stuff boxed, that doesnt bother me but what does is, i have my son this week and i had to take my time away from him to do this and you cant put a price on that

the only thing left in the garage is the tranny drive shaft and starter i will have these set in the middle of the floor for you to pick up

Mine isnt in there because seriously have you seen those cars that are in it? Really nice rides.

I agree this thing with Ben is getting pretty bad. He said he was working on it and completely blamed himself for all the wait and was fixing the problem. Now he is still causing a wait and with no communication happening. I'm sure you have some crazy **** going on Ben but for real man do what you can. Im sure its not a big deal if you can only afford to ship some of the stuff now and more in a week or something. Of course, you posting how much stuff you've bought lately doesnt look too good for the "I'm broke" reason. I'm not saying that you said that you were broke, just using that as an example. I really hope you this all gets worked out...

By the way, your signature should say "your're" instead of "your". Unless you are being a smartass.

he told my mom yesterday that after he was done christmas shopping that he would stop down and pay her which he did, then said he would come by today at 12 and did not, so now fritz's tranny drive shaft and starter are still not shipped

i told fritz if he set up shipping for the stuff i would take it where it needed to be taken to it just sucks he has to pay twice for shipping

with the your situation dont really care that much about it

I wouldn't mind seeing your FB sometime Ian, I'm sure it's nice. I got to see Russ' FB when I went out to Ames to pick up the Daihatsu. Was pretty cool to check out a FB since I'd never got to see or sit in one before. I always liked the FB's more "retro" feel compared to the FC.

OW, dammit! lol

Drop me a line sometime Cody and you can check it out. No battery in it currently so it doesnt run (although could throw one in if you wanted to hear it). If you want to see pics search for my name and then "best rice in town". There are 3 parts, the 3rd is painted.

I like it Ian, nice touch with the DSM front bumper. Also, I love the yellow. Russ' FB was painted yellow also and I think yellow goes well with the FB. Who makes the widebody type kit that I sometimes see that has the wider air dam in the front? I've always liked that kit. Also, I'm not sure when I'd be free to check it out. Most likely the next two weeks will be a little busy with moving. How far away are you from Dubuque exactly?

Its literally a SOLID hour to hour fifteen from Davenport. If I push it, I can get to Muscatine in 35-40 minutes (thats pushing kinda hard).

Russ is a damn copycat, tell him I said that lol. Speaking of which I havent talked to him very much lately, whats he been up to?

The kit you speak of is the IMSA kit, available at BDA. The bad thing with that kit is that you have to buy the entire kit so if you break a sideskirt or run over a small dog, you have to buy the whole kit again in order to replace the broken piece. When its 1400 plus ship, that gets expensive fast. Looks really good though. If you search username Trochoid, you can see his build thread in his sig.

Ben,
These are the parts you still owe me along with there street value after paypal fees and shipping if the parts are as you described them:
Trans 300
IC 500
turbos 200
Engine harness 200
radiator fans 75
greddy elbow 75
Intake 100
Midpipe 75
Probably some stuff I'm forgetting

You can send me a payment for 1k or send the parts it's your choice.

If I don't here from you in the next 2 days I'll have Steve Ship the Trans when he has time at my expense. Because you neglected to ship any of the parts in his garage he was nice enough to send those to me which cost me 218.18 for Steve's time and packaging expenses. The cost of shipping these parts was probably 250 so I'm now out an additional 468.18.

If you don't take some sort of action in the next two weeks I'll investigate what sort of legal action I can take against you and Aaron.

Thanks,
Fritz
