so who all is showing up this weekend? last weekend it was rob and i then a couple of the other guys showed up. good news for me is i got the rx7 running on the MS after working out my tach issue now just to permently mount it and tune it then replace my diffy! fun weekend!

 

who around here can tune a 450-500 hp rotary with a microtech ecu? car isnt plated so that rules out street tuning. although ill do a few crazy stints down the road here and there, just not doing 4th gear pulls at 100+ mph pulls all day long to tune... believe me i wish i didnt have to drive all the way up there!

 

oh yeah i did forget to mention i have a power to weight rule i have to obide by for my racing class so im tuning for a specific hp number so its gotta be on a dyno

 

I could of sworn there was a performance shop in Indy that also worked on Wankles. Can't remember the name to save my life right now, but I was looking to get my car dyno tuned when I had it before I found Banzai.

 

Does AIM tuning do rotaries?

 

shane down there at aim doesnt really do rotaries that much anymore. mainly just spec miata race cars and the occasional 7. so im just having my done at aspec. guys up there seem pretty awesome so far!

 

well i cant be there this week guys... no gas money and the girl is going with me to new castle so maybe next week.

I'm never going to own a credit card if I cant pay for it in cash or debit and without monthly payments I'm not paying for it.

yeah its only to get the car finished. besides, theres only a 150 limit on it. i make twice that in a good week.

bad news.... car was running the best it ever has and then poof! my rear iron and upper dowel committed suicide

side note. the new engine will be studded and maybe some more dowels as well

also wtb S5 running engine cores and lots of them........
