Ft Wayne IN Rotor social club's next meet
its a stock turbo with a upgraded compresser. thats all i know. it was on there when i got it and i guess its better. i only run 8 psi so maby its better for high boost.
That sucks. My BNR is burning oil and smokes from the center housing everyonce in awhile.
I got a Turbonetics hybrid waiting to go in.
I drove by your place and saw your seven out front. You gonna have to let me check her out someday. What mods you got? I noticed a single exit exhaust.

Well I met some guy yest. that was checking out my car in the parking lot. Turns out he's opening a speed for shop on w. state st for imports. Says he's from FL. and rebuilds rotaries. Sounded like he knew what he was talking about. Says it will be open within a couple of weeks. Didn't get much more info as I was in a rush.
Riceworld... err. Street Scene is still open. Not sure how exactly, I've stopped in a few times, and they've not ever had anything I needed in stock. Then again, perhaps I'm the only one that thinks it silly to spend more ordering from a store then it costs to get it faster from Summit.
The only Speed Shop I buy from in town regularly is Hires, as Joe is a good guy and his prices are damn close to Summit, without the shipping. EPP gets my money now and then, but my overall opinion of them is pretty well known.

LOL, honestly I've wondered if that might be the case. Certainly wouldn't surprise me any if it were.
I've never understood of the business model of catering to the young, hipster car crowd, as 90% of them don't have any money, and the 10% that do are typically beyond the scope of the capability of a little "general stuff" type shop.
Hopefully I'll have my car back out in a couple weeks. I'm ditching the automatic for a 6 speed, just waiting to take delivery of it.
