who were the cheap ***'s who didn't pay chris for the tuning help?

 

I heard duct tape was a great mod in a FD to increase HP. Does anyone know how to install it.

I don't know....... I'm asking the questions here. I "heard" that after Gary footed the bill for Chris to fly out here, some people were selfish enough to not compensate him for his help.

 

Who? Chris or Gary? I offered Chris Money for his help but he wouldnt accept it. I have no problem giving Gary some money to help out with the bill since Chris helped me too. I definately feel obligated to repay someone.

I think Chris's main reason for comming to StL is to get Gary's FD up and running.
The side benefit is what all us other Rotary owners showed up wanted to pick up and absorb some knowledge from the club. Beside I paid full price for the dyno runs to Lightspeed. I asked John to charge me normal cost cause I support local tuners.

Now did anyone else take advantage of the cheap dyno run and pay half of full price. If Chris wanted to make money on this trip he would have charged for his services up front. I beleive Gary paid for his plane fair and housing cause he can afford it and his goal was to get his fuel managment set up and turn some big numbers.

I hate it when people openly accuse the forum. If your going to bitch to some one then point it out directly to that person.

Maybe we all should have paid full price for the dyno runs.

Now who's the CHEAP ***'s that did not offer to pay full price!

Thats cool, I just wanted to make sure it was known that I didnt want to not pay Chris, or help anyone offset the costs for that matter. Im very greatful and would pay anyone if I knew it helped. Besides Chris and the other guys conviced me to swich to a wolf, so he might end up with some more cash because of me. If I buy from any of the US distributors it will be him.

 

How much was it for standing in the parking lot, cause i think i forgot to pay.

 

Sunday cost me almost $800

 

fwiw, I gave the John $80 for the dyno and Gary some money for Chris. If this was not sufficient let me know.

Books, dont think twice about the amount it was enough.

 

Chris was not here to make money, he was here to help out. But Ryan and myself though it would be nice to compensate Chris for his time, and help me with the airfair cost. Even if nobody paid anything, it was still worth money I pay to get Chris here. He's a great tuner, and the dyno shows it. At this point i dont care about the money because it was worth it. I also have to thank Light Speed for giving us a discount, myself included because I also paid for the dyno. At this point I am just glad everybody came out, and that Chris's knowledge could help some fellow rx7 owners out. Thanks Chris, for your time.

The trip was great.
Getting home was bad. I was late and missed my
