CT tuning lt10s

is there anyone around ct, ri, mass that can help me tune my microtech lt10s?????
im new to microtech just bought a tII engine for my 88 vert and need help tuning it. also can you tell me what i need to tune it ???? like a wideband o2?? ebc?? and also is the handcontroler a good way to tune it????? thanks everyone.

Get a handcontroller.
Get a good wide band.

Either the microtech one or an LM-1.

ANd then well go from their.
