Reconfigure LTX12 for 13B

Guys I got a LTX-12, it was used on a supra, from what I was told I'll have to send it out to Microtech to have it reconfigured for rx7 FD. How true is this and is there away around this or is there someone in the USA that would be able to reconfigure it

help help.....

$450AUS + international shipping both ways is not worth it, I would sell it on ebay and purchase the correct box.
