Back from the dyno with disappointment... I was getting ignition break up above 5k like it was only playing off of one rotor so with that in mind.. I pulled a whole 174 whp at 4psi of boost. So I didn't do to bad for the amount of boost I was running let alone the fact I couldn't get on it much due to the ignition deals.

I had alot against me.. My greddy boost gauge was on back order so i had an empty pod.. my profec b got lost in transit.. and out of two computers they just wouldn't interface with my microtech..

I do know that i'm running 11:1 a/f which is a tad rich so I won't be popping due to leaning out conditions. This is the first time I've really put the motor under any load.. little 1st and 2nd jaunts but never where i made the motor work so I had no way of knowing this was going to happen.

I don't think i'll see the dyno for a while now. Joey's going to order me a intercooler core and I'm going to try to quick finish up getting my FD UIM / TB ready so I can stick that together before we try the dyno again.

the microtech did perform flawless.. Joey was really impressed with how the driveability and how it was handling my motor with no fiddling with the base map that Dale setup for me.

the saga continues...

changing them again.. I didn't know what to expect since this was a fresh motor and I've never put it under much load. I'm just glad that my Tuner was really cool with me on this and my total bill was 30 bucks.

I just need to order my FD TB cable & FD oil filler neck and that should be ready all other parts are enroute.. I think i'm gonna order my intercooler core tomarrow. maybe I can get 180whp next time

Are you running stock coils?

Did you zero your timing?

Was the car faster with the stock ECU?

I'm hoping I have no troubles with my lt8x.

Also dawned on me. Now that your car is speed density, any intake leaks will not really cause a faulty idle, but could seriously bleed the boost off. Use a bit of starting fluid or carb cleaner to find intake leaks.

Also my car cuts out badly (stock ECU) becaus of my larger secondary injectors and insane ammount of fuel. 11:1 does not suggest richness as a problem so scratch that idea!

timing is 0'd though i'll check it again shortly. The car is way faster let alone way more stable and smooth on the microtech.

I had a direct line from the WG to an boost source so really 4psi is almost right (massivly ported wg) even though i could still be bleeding boost some where.

I had severe ignition interference though. the wires I got (stock replacements) must be shat since even sitting the ignition pick up for the dyno about any where arond the engine bay area it'd pick up a damn source. I have new wires and plugs coming.. few other toys just to help it out to
