installing hickups

hi there i am currently installing a microtech lt10. but im running into some problems. such as wiper motor connection, what wires can i disconnect it from the from the yellow plug behind the fire wall inorder to dissconnect it from the main harness? also the alternator, ive traced the plug from the alternator to two plugs one attaching to the ecu and the other to the harness inside the car what can i do? thanks for reading

o it is a 87 turbo harness
