Black smoke when Decelerating, too rich in vacuum?

i am having an issue where i'm dumping black smoke(fuel) when decelerating from higher speeds, during this time the throttle is completely closed and the car is in vacuum. i am wondering if i have too much fuel in the higher vacuum areas, below are screenshots of my idle and load fuel maps. my injectors are 750cc primary and 1680cc secondaries. single turbo stock internal 13B REW. Decel fuel cut is also turned OFF, as far as i know its not supposed to inject enough fuel to cause serious smoke.

any suggestions?

Issue resolved. took away some fuel in the 25-30hg values, and activated decel fuel cut below 22hg.
