Anyone ? I will probably just wire it up to a toggle switch, then later to a thermo.

Can you post a screenshot showing the settings? That's weird. I suspect that the aux output has a 2nd parameter set somewhere.

also make sure your microtech is reading the temp sensor correctly on the main screen.

I can take a pic but I assure you the settings were both set to off for rpm and map, no matter where I put the temp setting (even at zero) , it won't activate.

However it will activate with rpm activation, the thermosensor works and clearly gets a reading but it won't turn on.

To my knowledge there are only 3 settings for the aux output #1

AuxRpm_On
AuxMap_On
AuxFan_On

Is there any other setting that could conflict with the function

I can't think of a setting that would conflict other than the aux functions.

AuxMAP_ON and AuxRPM_ON must both be set to zero for AuxFAN_ON to work.

By zero you mean off ? Also I tried using the map to turn on function and that will not work either. The only function that works is rpm on.

Don't understand what I'm doing wrong here.

Don't remember if it is zero or "off". Maybe someone else can see if you post screen shots.

Actually the problem was it was on on aux output 1, come to find out that's only used for rpm, aux output 2 is for the fan
