Megasquirt Tuning software for MS1 3.0?

Tuning software for MS1 3.0?
The only thing i've seen was the Megatune 2.25(?). Is this the best choice? I am only using the unit for fueling. Ignition is going to be run by the stock dizzy.

Or, you could download the DIYautotune software package. Its already set up for most common firmware versions, http://www.diyautotune.com/softwarelinks.htm But if you already have MegaTune downloaded it may not be worth it.
