having trouble with spark

Running v2.2 with extra board on unmodified cas. I can get a tach signal but it seems to be at half speed and with random spark. I have had this setup running on my car last year and it worked ok. But since then I have upgrade code version and redid the wiring harness. I don't think it is a wiring issue. But I might have missed something. I don't remember if there is any other mod needed on the board beside the 3 pull up resistors. Any help would be appreciated. I attached my Msq.

It is possible that if you updated your firmware, you need to manually reset your settings, and export/import your fuel/spark tables.

That would not explain why I can't get spark. It only crank a 100rpm but I know it should be at 200rpm.

Actually it would explain it if one of the settings got corrupted. Just try it, if it doesn't work we'll continue from there.

What about the wheel settings?

trigger teeth?
return teeth?
dual wheel or single with missing?

With 1,3,7,9, did you check the timing using a light?

The only thing I can come up with then is that when you redid the wiring, you either created noise that wasn't there before, or you miswired something.
