Need Mega help

I have a no spark on a new MS3x turbo
When cas is spun the red not ready light turns green and says ready......but no sparks anywhere.
The motor and CAS are FC
The coils are FD with GM individual igniters
when in test mode, with A I get spark on coil and both leading plugs
B I get spark on both leading plugs
C I get spark on both leading plugs, but in a diferant cadence?
I'm running MS3 1.5.0 and MS3 0 18 the ms unit is a ms 3x v 3.57- c with 1.4.1 firmwhere
the CAS is 24 tooth and two tooth.
4 matched 750 cc injectors
The CAS ohms out ok. I'm using pins 2 and 24 on the MS db 37
and using 12 and 32 on the MS3X db37
any and all help would be appreciated, I'm too old for this !
cheers
ken

The wiring diagram shows Pin 2 as shield ground but it shouldn't matter. It's all the same ground according to the board schematics.
Are both wheels showing up in the composite logger in tuner studio when you crank the engine or spin the CAS?
If not
Do you have the correct jumpers set for both CAS (VR) inputs?
How about hysteresis and 0-crossing pot adjustments?

new problem

new problem with spark. all work but for t-2
i have fd coils 2 plug leading and a pair of single plug trailing. the car has a Fc CAS withe two teeth and 24 teeth
why not sure if my software is programed right.
i have tried swapping coils with the same dead t-2. I'm using gm drivers and on may be dead?
the Tuner Studio is set to FD and A on Leading and C on T 1& T? its set 1 & 3
