Some old pics, but you'll get the idea.

You have 3 connections and 4 lines. You'll have to decide which once you aren't reconnecting.

1. Airpump inlet
2. Airpump relief line
3. BOV
4. CRV

In my pics, I had an aftermarket BOV, so that area was plugged. I connected the CRV and the airpump inlet into the intake. The airpump relief line was capped with a rubber stopper and 4 holes drilled into it to allow access air out.

with my setup, i got the aluminum pipes for them, it's more like the hks rs now, and the upper intake pipe has a shorter traveling distance with it too

Call HKS up. They're VERY helpful on the phone, and will happily fax you the instructions.

In that case, you are only missing one extra connections. Honestly, it doesn't matter which ones you connect up. The only one you need to do anything special with is the airpump inlet. If you don't have that one connected to the intake, you'll want to use a small lawnmower filter on it.
