Fd coils using FCC cas wiring

Well, I have completely confused myself. I'm using a ms3x
I have spark on both leading from a conjoined coil. I have NO spark at the individual front trailing. I DO have a spark at the individual rear trailing. Through swapping coils and ignighters (I'm using GM individual ignighters) it seems no signal?
I have Rotary/ and have firing order at A 1. B 3 as was suggested and set at even fire. My CAS is a 24 and 2 tooth. Set dual wheel. Set wasted spark and MS3x spark. The output is set for FD
What is the correct pin outs for this combination?
Hopefully the hive mind here can cast some light on this, as it's making me crazy.
cheers
k

I have no idea about those igniters. Every time I've configured FC coils for an FD I've just doubled up on the factory igniter and gotten rid of the flip/flop functionality.

I'd say if you have them remove the GM igniters from the equation so its one less thing to troubleshoot.

I have traced the problem to the ECU or soft or hardware. Coils, amps, wiring all correct. The non firing is pin 33. I'm not sure I understand the suggested firing order as A-1 B-3 is this correct ?
