MS3X, Cranks but not starting

Having a no start issue with MS3X on a rotary. The car was running fine with MS2 in batch fire/wasted spark but I rewired to sequential/COP with AEM smart coils and I'm getting a no start situation. Only change's to the wiring were adding the coils and individual injector wires. All injectors and coils fire when performing output test.

During crank, I'm getting full sync with no lost sync errors. I get RPM in the datalog. I put a timing light on the leading spark plug wire and it flashes maybe once every 4-5 seconds during crank.

Also, on the datalog, it's showing some pulse width activity on "Seq PW1", "Seq PW3", and "Seq PW 5". The value from PW1 seems like it matches the primary injectors. PW3 and PW5 are the staged secondaries slightly opening during crank. Why am I missing one PW for the other primary injector? Also, should PW5 be PW4?

I had this issue. I just forgot to configure the jumpers on the boards correctly from the way it comes. After words the spark would catch at super low rpm. hope this helps.

Remember what you had to do? I followed Aaron Cakes MS3x guide to a T but I'll do a sanity check in a bit. I used the jumper settings below. All pots turned counter clockwise for about 20 turns.

I'm also using a 36-1 wheel with hall sensor but I believe the jumper settings should be the same as using the stock VR sensor.

if you are using a hall effect sensor fallow the manual on how to setup the pots for a hall effect.

No sync errors, I'm getting full sync at crank and MS is reading RPM
